You can also use the European Commission’s online complaints register when submitting your complaint. This is especially relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. You can submit the complaint using the following link: https://ec.europa.eu/odr.
When submitting a complaint regarding a purchase from a store, you must provide the store’s email address as stated in the order confirmation and receipt for purchase.
If settlement cannot be obtained via the Danish Disputation Institute, you can submit a complaint to the Consumer Complaints Board if your purchase meets the requirements. If you want to submit a complaint to the Consumer Complaints Board, follow the link: minsag.forbrug.dk.
