If you cannot reach an agreement with NORDIC ApS, you can also submit a complaint to the Danish Dispute Settlement Institute, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, Denmark, if your purchase meets the requirements. See more information by using the following link: www.forbrug.dk.
You can also use the European Commission’s online complaints register when submitting your complaint. This is especially relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. You can submit your complaint using the following link: https://ec.europa.eu/odr.
When you submit a complaint regarding a purchase from a store, you must provide the store’s email address as stated in the order confirmation and receipt for purchase.
If settlement cannot be obtained via the Danish Disputation Institute, you can submit a complaint to the Consumer Complaints Board if your purchase meets the requirements. If you want to submit a complaint to the Consumer Complaints Board, follow the link: minsag.forbrug.dk.
